It's been a long, cold, crappy week here... so glad it's Friday!
What is everyone's plans??
I have a bridal shower tomorrow for my bff who is getting married Memorial Day weekend in Costa Rica!
Sunday we are having dinner at my parents.
Nice, but pretty low key weekend.... typically what ours are like these days!

Re: TGIF!
Seriously, I don't know how people live up north. I could never do it. I need sunshine and warm weather!
On Saturday we are going to go to the beach and then have people over for dinner and drinks.
Sunday? Who knows. Probably not much.
Baby Macy is here!
12/09 - Macy (daughter) | 4/10 - Began TTC Baby #2 | 12/10 - Chemical Pregnancy | 1/12 - Miscarriage at 14 weeks | DX - PCOS & Hyperthyroidism
Sometimes I question why we live where we do, but really, I could not move! I LOVE the summers in Chicago and with my parents having a place in Naples to visit during the winter, I survive!
It snowed 2x this week! WTF, it's Spring! I need sunshine & warm weather too. Grrrrrr....
No plans for tonight.
Tomorrow, they're having a big sale at Michaels & I need to get some stuff for a couple of my classes. Then I'll probably attempt to make it.
Saturday night, we're going bowling for BFF's birthday.
Sunday, no plans.
We're supposed to be getting a foster dog soon. I was hoping she'd come this weekend, but I haven't heard anything. Maybe we'll have a 2nd dog soon... maybe not.
Tonight: IDK. Probably hang out with the punkie and watch crap tv.
Saturday: IDK still, but have plenty of unpacking/laundry to do. Maybe try to see a movie Saturday night, but that's kind of up in the air, too.
Sunday: Looks like I will be working some, possibly. I still can't get a definitive answer from my boss, but he knows he can call and I'll be here asap. And I wouldn't mind working, since I have some things in Tampa I'd like to shop around for.
Tell me about it! I have no idea where the time has gone. I don't have little babies anymore! We are having a party at the end of April.... monkey theme! Just ordered custom invites and am trying to figure out decorations now. So fun! Also, I scheduled a little 1 year photo shoot for them. Trying to pick out coordinating outfits for that. So hard!
Preach it. I went outside with the dog the other night and it was freezing, with heavy wind, thunder, lighting, and HAIL. I actually said out loud, "WTF, Spring???" We're going to FL next weekend for a wedding and I cannot wait. I NEED it.
Lots of fun stuff this weekend! Tonight we're going to see "Wonderland" on Broadway and then probably out for drinks afterwards.
Tomorrow I might have the opportunity to be a "seat filler" for the Comedy Awards. You know how at awards shows they have all the celebs seated up front in the audience? Well I guess sometimes they get up and leave in the middle of the show, and then they have seat fillers sit in their seat so it still looks like all the seats are full. I might be one of those! I hope I get to sit next to somebody fun, like Tina Fey or something.
Sunday we're going to try to cross some things off our NYC to-do list: I think we'll go find the "Friends" apartment building and then have lunch at Katz Deli (famous from "When Harry Met Sally"). Cheesy stuff, but fun.
Happy weekend, ladies!

The concept of snow baffles me at this point. My dad called from 9 inches of it yesterday.
Tonight - H and I are grilling steaks and hanging with our little monkey.
Tomorrow - He wants to take Kennedy to see his mom. I vote that she should get her a$$ in the car snd come here if she wants to see her. Her house is gross and I don't want to take my baby there. Then tomorrow night friends of ours are coming for drinks and dinner. I haven't had a real drink other than a glass of beer or wine since my honeymoon, and I suspect that one "Snazzleberry martini" will have me on my a$$.
Sunday - Going to Orlando to see H's family. Not so thrilled about this either, what's with us having to take the baby for people to meet her? But we're going to the outlets on the way, so it was a fair compromise.
Today was crap, so looking forward to the weekend.
Tonight just had pizza on the couch and catching up on the DVR.
Tomorrow last Phillies game of spring training:( So sad...
Sunday beach/pool and maybe some shopping?
And how people live up north? MISERABLY. And then they move to Florida
