Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We are meeting with Gerald Gronewold....but I will call them right now and see if I can switch to your dad!!!
Edit: I called back to see if we could meet with your dad and was told that we have to meet with Gerald Gronwold and then can meet with your dad. I am not sure how that all works but I'll try to give your dad the business....IF we find what we are needing.
