if you're coming to book club monday...
and I made summer rolls, would you eat them? i just bought a new container of wrappers (they come in packs of 100) so i have a surplus.
i'd put in rice noodles, fresh veggies and maybe tofu, maybe not, depending on what you guys would like. and then make a peanut dipping sauce to go with them.

Sure, looks great! But I eat basically anything.
I've never had tofu before.
I'm going to book club, but I'm a picky eater so don't base it on me.
I typically either make and take something that I know I like to eat or I'll eat something beforehand. (The Hardee's I scarfed down prior to Jen's book club may have been the culprit for me going into labor that night.)
haha! And here I thought it was just the warm, nurturing environment I provided...!

LMAO. That's just bec we bonded over rap karaoke.
I inhaled a double cheeseburger and some fries. It's funny because months prior I had told DH I wanted him to take me to Hardee's before the hospital when I went into labor because I was afraid of not being allowed to eat there and also because I am a food whore...especially while I was pg.
DH packed a sharpie in the overnight bag to mark the baby with a mark only he could identify and that no baby snatcher could ever copy.
