Weekly Weight Loss Check In

Hey Ladies - How did you do this week?  I've included the list from last week...as you post your weight loss I'll update the chart - Good Luck Ladies!!

Again feel free to share any tips, tricks, snacks or healthy habits you found useful this week.  

 Week 3 (March 18, 2011):

  • I have to say, I am really loving this new WW program....lost 1.1lbs this week - down 5.5lbs total, 10.5 to go. 

  • In total, I've gained 5 lbs :/ I know it's fairly normal, but I'm still getting used to seeing my weight fluctuate so much. I've decided that once I actually know what the baby is, I'll eat healthier (meaning no fast food every day or snacking in bed)... this will be a lot harder than I think, I can already tell..

    6 lbs lost, 24 to go.  Lost 1.6 this week.  DH is now in on this diet plan with me too, so it makes it easier. :)

  • BTW Faith - dont feel bad about 5 or so lbs of weight gain.... YOU ARE PREGNANT!  If it gets to like 40 or 50 lbs then we'll talk.  Go have an ice cream for me :)
  • According to the scale at the dr's. office, I've lost 4 lbs. my first week of WW!  Yay!  36 to go.

  • I need to be better about holding myself accountable, so I am going to join you ladies.

    Ideally, I'd like to lose 15 lbs. I am going to count this week as my start, so I hope to have some good news to report next week!

  • Hi Ladies! This week went soooo much better. I joined Weight Watchers online on Sunday and have done really good this week. I need to correct my math that I posted laste week. Ok, here it goes: Sunday I weighed 165.8, now I've lost 3.6 lbs and am now at 162.2. That puts me 9.8 lbs away from my goal of 153 lbs. Linds - I'm liking the plan too!

    DH and I have officially cut out fast food now (unless we feel obligated to go if we are invited, etc.) in order to save our growing bellies and money. I'll definitely eat up some ice cream that's in the freezer though... in a few months... I'll probably have more weight on, but I'm trying not to think about it :)
