You know when I said I felt young?
I take it back. I feel SO OLD today. My back hurts, my eyes hurt, and I have a million bills to pay.
Being a grown up sucks.
Re: You know when I said I felt young?
Hope you feel better!
I know what you mean about still feeling old at times. I just had a guy give us an estimate on waterproofing our basement since we got water in it after the rain and snow. Wowza! Yes being an adult (and homeowner) sucks.
I hope everything works out with your basement! That sucks!
Thanks.
I'm sure it will, it just sucks that we have only been in here 4 months and already have to get major work done to it when we were told it never leaked. But, I would rather have it done now over waiting and having something worse happen during the summer.
Is there any way to prove it leaked in the past (like past water damage)? If the seller didn't disclose that, there may be something you can do?
And Ames, totally agree 10,000% that being a grown-up sucks. Wanna smile? Here's how old I am:
Yesterday while on TN and sitting upright on the couch FINGER ON THE MOUSE, and other hand on the remote, I fell asleep for an hour and a half. When I woke up I didn't realize it had been that long (thought I drooped and picked my head back up), and when the TV show was the wrong one, I figured it out. Fell asleep sitting up, while mulitasking...so old man-ish.
