Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

And it's not even baby related!
Ok so J's good friend is trying to hook him up with a job. J is beside himself with anticipation over this - as am I. It would be a "sideways" jump, in terms of salary, BUT the hours would be so much better, he wouldn't be working holidays, it's not a kitchen job, and he would have room to advance fairly soon. Currently J feels very trapped in his job, he didn't mean to be a chef... and I know how unhappy this makes him. He's turned down offers from said friend before because it just wasn't something he was interested in at the time (it's funny how much life can change in the span of three years huh?) and we were both happy with our places in life/work/etc. Things are different now - the economy is different, we have kids, I would like to go back to working at least part time (and this job, were he to get it, would allow me to, versus not really being able to with his current position).
ANYWAY! Can I request some all-powerful nestie vibes from you guys? J is going in to talk with said friend and a "higher-up" Tuesday... which is also the day of my next OB appt (if baby is still clinging to my ribs and all lol). So send em my way, please! 
1 for the job, and 2 that baby holds off for a few extra days/hours so J is fresh faced for the "talk" on Tuesday.

Koko - the job is involving both inside and outside sales of local seafood to local restaurants. It offers much more room for advancement than where he is now. Totally different field.
