What grinds my gears is my coworker's complete inability to recognize that drinking 72 ounces of Mountain Dew every day is not curing her tired-ness, but is in fact causing it. And that such consumption is really not a good idea.

What grinds my gears is I went home for lunch and was going to be lazy and eat a bowl of cereal. I poured the bowl, opened the fridge only to realize that Dh drank the last of the milk the night before so we were out. I wish I had looked before I poured the bowl. Dried corn flakes it is.

I'm jumping on the co-irker bandwagon: co-worker who has no filter grinds my gears and I can't stand to be around her for more than two minutes. Today she told another co-worker that her father looked "oafish" in a family picture--who does that!? She's said so much stupid stuff in 1.5 years, I could write a book of worst quotes.

oh my god. this is seriously my life right now. I wanted to take the day off for my birthday but I couldn't because TWO of my other coworkers had already taken the day.

I'm totally late to this but I just dealt with this as well. We are so behind at work and 3 people on my team had St. Patty's day and the day after off. I flew home the evening of the 17 th and had asked for the 18th off to spend with my kids (not to recover from a hangover) and now we have had mandatory OT for the past few weeks and it isn't going to stop anytime soon. Irritating.
