Was it you that made the champagne cupcakes? If so, what did you think of them? I'm doing some baking for a friends' engagement party, and I saw this recipe for pink champagne cupcakes, and I thought they would be super super cute. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that the recipe is basically a box mix, but I can change that.

but that is not the recipe i used.
mine were good, kinda had the taste of champagne but not really, but you have to let the champagne get to room temperature and they advise the sweeter the champagne the better.

I think I like your recipe better. Thanks! Maybe I'll just dye them pink, because it's pretty!
Our fave champagne is actually almond flavored, and pretty sweet, so I think I'll use that.
