Weekend Plans?
Hello Ladies:
It's gonna be a cold weekend. What are your plans?
Me, I just booked a flight to see my adopted sister graduate from her Masters Program in Canada in June. Oh yeah! I am so excited.
Later tonight, I may just head home to chill out.
Sat: shopping with a gift card at Walmart; we are expecting Garth's uncle to visit then we are all heading to his aunt's place in Brooklyn for dinner.
Sun: church, cooking, fixing/organizing my entry closet.

Tonight I am going to La Mela in Little Italy for a friend's bday. I am super excited, La Mela is our go-to birthday spot for this group of friends and we haven't been there for a while, so it will be nice. My mom is babysitting so we can relax and have fun!
Tomorrow I am subbing at a friend's dance studio, and then taking it easy the rest of the day!
Sunday we are taking DD to the Botanical Garden. We've been racking our brains trying to think of things we can do with her that are indoors while it's still cold, so this is what we came up with. It needs to warm up already!!
i am, FINALLY, staying at home with nothing much to do. the past 3 months have been a whirlwind of parties, traveling, more parties, and more traveling. so i am more than ready for a break right now.
tomorrow, i'm going to go to spinning class and get some chores done...hopefully, that is, as i totally bit it on a field trip yesterday (damn you, slushy boardwalk!), and ended up in the ER with a sprained wrist.

Tomorrow: i'm observing little kid ballet classes till 12noon, then meeting DH and 2 guy friends to see that new movie Sucker Punch. Then probably lunch and drinks with them.
Sunday: heading to NJ to visit DH's oldest brother's family while their parents are there. The ILs are bringing stuff for us that we left in NH when we were there last week, so we need to pick it up from them and get it home. Sunday night i'll probably be meeting with my group for a presentation that we have to do Monday morning.
Kind of relaxing weekend, which will be nice!!

We had dinner at friends tonight.
Tomorrow is physical therapy and chiro for me and then a trip to my MIL. Ugh.
Sunday is a walkathon in Forest Hills to raise $$ for the Forest Hills Jewish Center education programs and then, I am hoping for nothing much but relaxation!
Tomorrow evening, I'm meeting with my sister to go to the Metropolitan Opera to see Romeo and Juliette (so so excited!) Hanging out with DH and DD the rest of the day. Oh, and I'm finally going to get a much-needed haircut (it's been since September!) Sunday, we're going to a get-together at my grandma's. Then of course we need to clean.

Bubblegum Explosion
Last night I went to see "Diary of a Whimpy kid" with my sis, her daughter and her daughter's friends. It was cute!
Nothing set in stone for the rest of this weekend. A friend is coming in from PA to visit her mom (who lives here in SI), so I'm hoping to get together with her...we'll see. Other than that, just hanging out with the hubs and kid.

Last night, H and I went out to dinner before going to one of the best concerts I have ever been to (and I've been to a lot!).
Today, I am running a couple of errands, doing laundry, and working on an application for a work-related thing. H is buying his new motorcycle today as well. This is pretty much all I've been listening to him talk about so this is a big deal in the 315 household.
Tomorrow, we go to Macy's and maybe IKEA to check out some more mattresses.

Today is some work and taxes. Tomorrow a meeting and yoga! Overall just trying to stay warm in this ridiculous spring-wanna-be-winter weather!
Im all late, but will jump in anyway!
Yesterday/Friday - I spent the day with my best friend and her daughter. I was *really* craving stuffed grape leaves (she's 1/2 Egyptian and 1/2 Puerto Rican) so thats what we did, made grape leaves. I might have eaten at least a million of them, and am kinda over them right now. LOL
Today/Saturday: I had school today. I swear its the last Saturday I will EVER attend classes. HATE. I had a huge exam that I do not think I did well on despite the fact that I studied my butt off for it. I guess I wont be having my usual 4.0 this semester. Maybe an A-? ugh
Tomorrow/Sunday: The husband and I have appointments for massages. Im getting a pre-natal, and he's getting deep tissue. Afterwards, brunch and then after that - we'll be hitting the Bay Ridge St. Patrick's Day parade. *I have no idea why they are so late with it this year...
Tonight - its schoolwork, takeout and just vegging out. Im exhausted. And he worked overtime today, and isnt even home yet. he's not going to want to budge, poor thing.
