Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

When I bought my Chicco Travel System I bought the protection plan for the extra $30. The snaps on my stroller don't seem to stay snapped on the side. I decided to call and see if it was covered. It was! So I filed a claim and figured sweet now I will have a new infant seat for new baby!
All I had to do was buy a new one and submit old and new receipt and they will send me a check. I asked how I return my set, and their reply "you keep it, toss it, we don't care."
So now I will have 2 carseats for my new baby. I switched prints, but stayed neutral.
