I said him since technically he is allowed to at work (of course there are rules around this). Though, since I have track raced I have had a higher top speed, but he speeds more than I do.
If you want to put it in the context of non-work or recreation related....still him.

No competition, it's me. Unless traffic prevents it, I'm going 80 mph in the left-most lane. Ironically, DH holds the record for more speeding tickets and at higher speeds (and more accidents). I've only had one ticket, yet speed daily. I just know how to not get caught!
I drive DH crazy (pun intended). But I tell him I'm a boring, old married lady now and he should let me have my thrills.
