I have to agree with the comment about forcing adulthood on children. It's a bit disturbing. Talk about desensitizing. It's like telling a girl: It's just a nipple honey, they're meant to be played with... Gross.
My cousin had a baby doll OBSESSION. We're talking they were on sleeping/feeding schedules. Each one had their own bed... They couldn't be left alone. She popped out her first real one at 17. Of course, I never really got into baby dolls at all and I popped out Jordan at 18, soo, yeaah...
