calories on menus are actually helping this fat kid

i really like that menus are required to list calories now. i've changed my order more than once when i've seen how many calories something is. i try to watch my calorie intake anyway, but i realize now i ALWAYS underestimate how many calories something is. seeing it right there is really helpful.
Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.

  • i do love this concept.. except that last time i was at panera i wanted something sweet and the number 430 next to the cookie really turned me off!

  • I like it.  I normally look at the restaurants website before hand to see calorie counts, but it would be really nice if they were just there at the restaurant already posted.
  • I know how many calories are in a lot of things.. I just eat them anyways. The knowledge often does not deter me.
