VENT!
Grrrrrrr! So when I got laid off, my boss told me they were "restructuring" and "re-prioritizing" and that they would be down to 3 staff members by the summer. Well, I just got an email sent out to all the clubs with staffing information, and they totally just hired someone to take my positiong! I'm so mad right now.

In the US that is illegal. If they say they are "eliminating a position" and you get laid off, they cannot replace that same position for one year without offering it to the eliminated employee first.
