Niner Mom-to-be: Check in!
It's so exciting that the niners are having another baby boom in 2011!
Congratulations to all!
Just so we can keep up with all of the Moms-to-be, I thought it would be nice to post your due date on here and any other 'fun' things you want to share about your pregnancy/what you're looking forward to, etc.
Re: Niner Mom-to-be: Check in!
Yay fun:)
Due date: October 24th
Looking forward to: So much! Besides the obvious of having our first baby and becoming parents...getting a real baby bump! Yes, I am actually excited about this. I think it will be fun to find cute outfits that work for my bump;) And also, it will be nice to look pregnant instead of insanely bloated;) I'm also looking forward to getting all the baby gear and decorating the nursery! Oh, and quitting my job...yeah I'm pretty excited that I don't have to work through the entire pregnancy and I'll get to be a SAHM.

Due date: August 4th
Something I want to share: Feeling my baby move is the most magical feeling in the world. I think giving birth will be bittersweet because I'll miss having the baby in my belly and feeling the movements.
Looking forward to:
Short term - Completing the nursery, elective 4D ultrasound with my husband and Mom on Mother's Day.
Long Term- Giving birth, yes, I'm actually excited about this (and a little scared). It's a pretty amazing thing that you only get to do a few times and it's just neat to think that you will be bringing new life into the world. Choosing the baby's name. We are having such a hard time with this and once I see his little face, I think I'll be able to put a name to a face. Also, I really feel like my whole life's purpose is to be a Mother and I'm going to try to be the best Mom I can be. I'm so excited, blessed and happy. This is just a great time in my life.
Aww so sweet:) When did you first feel the baby move? I can't wait for that!
<a href="http://s65.photobucket.com/albums/h205/adia83/?action=view
I'll play-
Due May 3rd- they say I will be lucky to make it past 4/27 but my luck it will be late.
Looking forward to: getting this baby out... haha just kidding. I am looking forward to decorating the nursery this weekend. I cannot wait to get in there and get some stuff done. We officially move in Friday but get the keys Wednesday so we have a lot to do.
I am actually excited to find out what it is! Too much anticipation!
We don't know yet, but we will definitely be finding out! We can't wait for that! I don't really want to do the 3D/4D ultrasound though....they kinda scare me based on others I've seen:/

Congrats on closing!

Rach-I felt the baby move around 14 weeks (I think). It was very, very early but it's just because I was pretty skinny and my little guy is super active. Because you are thin, you'll probably feel it before 20 weeks, my guess would be 16/17 weeks. I really popped around 19 weeks, so that will give you something to look forward to as well! As far as the 3D/4D, I got a 3D from the hospital at 20 weeks and the baby doesn't look scary at all. He's just very skinny. I have pictures on my baby blog www.houseofcharron.blogspot.com
Michelle-We will be welcoming a baby boy in August (hopefully not July!) We couldn't be happier, we always wanted our first child to be a boy. We're thrilled!
Due Date: This Sunday, April 3! Unfortunately, we've made hardly any progress. We are looking at an induction around April 10th if he doesn't come on his own.
Looking forward to: At this point, I just want to meet him. Plus, I am really uncomfortable, in pain, and ready to have a break from work.
Aw yay:) Thanks!!!

thats a good idea because you could also put already born baby niners and we could keep track of their birth dates since our first baby niner is going to be a year old soon. eep!
We had talked about a Niner Baby Bio in the past... I had started getting it together, but then things got busy and I wasn't able to finish. Sadface.
updated 10.03.12
Its pretty basic but it should help keep track at least....
Niner Babies
So I have color coded the sex, as well as the year...and I think I've set it to list in order of birthdate...I think...

Checking in!
Due: April 29
Sex: Girl
Name: Evangeline Nicole (Evie)
I'm really excited for delivery. I don't know why but I hope things go smoothly. I know it's not going to be easy and it's going to be painful but I get to hold a beautiful baby at the end of it... it makes it all worth it. Overall, I have had an easy pregnancy... almost a little too easy. But the past couple weeks have been more eventful than I would like.. a trip to L&D for observation from Pre-E and HELLP syndrome (which all tests and follow up tests came back negative) and just this weekend my vision in my left eye is getting really blurry... But otherwise, I feel great, I'm on point for weight gain (I actually lost a pound at my last appointment
).

Sex: we will be finding out asap! No green and yellow here.
Looking forward to: well we haven't done much and I'm really excited about all of it! Having a cute baby bump, designing and decorating the nursery, telling our families (on mothers day), buying little baby clothes, hearing the heartbeat, seeing the ultrasound, holding that little baby in my arms.
LOVE THE NAME!!!!!!
Thank you!!!!
I have to admit... It's a tad LOST inspired only because I never heard of the name before knowing who Evangeline Lilly is.
And it's also kind of funny when Dan tells people baby's name, he almost always says Evangeline Lily Nicole... And then corrects himself quickly because he realizes what he said. I almost feel like her middle name needs to be Lily lol.

Evangeline Lily Nicole sounds beautiful-haha. I also associate this name with Lily. I just love LOST names...Sawyer, Jack, Kate, Claire, Aaron, like them all!
I do, too! They're all good, classic names. You can't go wrong naming your baby any of those names.

Please add my little Nate to the spreadsheet
Nathaniel Lowell born 1/4/11 6 lbs 4 oz
Due date: June 1st
Something I want to share: I really love my bump. I love running my hands over my belly and knowing there's a little person in there, as weird as that seems sometimes. I thought I'd be nervous about the weight gain and all that fun stuff, but so far I still look and feel like the "old" me, aside from the obvious. I really like my preggo body. Hopefully baby stays in there long enough to get my maternity pics taken!
Also, I used to think being overdue sounded terrible and uncomfortable, but I'd give anything to trade the risk of an early delivery with being a week overdue.
Looking forward to: Giving (hopefully a completely natural, drug-free) birth to a healthy baby! Every week now is a huge milestone. If I can get to at least 36 weeks, this baby likely won't need to spend time in the NICU. Worrying about delivering early is really exhausting but I'm trying to take it one day at a time. I can't wait to find out the sex of and hold this little person, give it a name and become a mother. I'm scared and thrilled. I can't wait to see H hold the baby for the first time too...I know that's going to be a life-changing sight for me and likely one of the most precious memories I'll ever have.
Um, I'm also looking forward to drinking wine again and going for long runs, but the baby's the first thing on my mind right now.
I'm late like usual, but heres the info.
Due May 30th. We're team green, I have no control with shopping haha.
I'm really looking forward to hearing "its's a ___" I love to rub my belly, but really really love it when DH does. I can't wait to meet this little one, and at the same time, I'm completely terrified.
