Again, by request, here are some updated pictures of my belly...at 27 weeks 4 days.
I took this one first, then decided it made me look bigger than I typically look in shirts other than these, which I just wear around the house:

So then I took this one (also, it's cooler here today than it has been, so I changed into long sleeves for that reason (but have since changed into short sleeves because I got too warm...ugh!)):

I also thought it was interesting since I'm wearing the same shirt to compare this one to what I looked like at 19 weeks 5 days when I just thought I was really starting to show - ha!

And, last, for fun...Dottie, our dog, a pit bull, went to her grandparents house last weekend. My mom said she got done trimming her nails (which she does often) and thought it would be funny to paint them, too. Said she went to the spa...Dottstopia. My mom might be as nerdy as I am! I wish you could see it better in this picture, but nonetheless:

Re: BR: Updated bump - PIP's
You look fantastic!
I would love to get Boomer's nails done, but they have to wrestle with her just to clip them.

Yeah, we are very fortunate that Dottie is so easy going.
Ever since she was a puppy, we figured she would still be around by the time I had kids, so we have always messed with her by putting our hands in her food while she eats (or taking it away), pulling on her tail, messing with her paws, blowing in her ears, etc. So she really doesn't care what we do to her.
And, I mean, that training has really paid off now that she can get manicures! Haha!

WOW! Thank you for sharing! That is wild, comparing the first one from a few weeks ago to this one. And that first one is amazing and alllll belly! And don't you try to tell me any different
You look sooo adorable! I just realized he's now an eggplant - which seems the most realistic "baby size" to me after all the fruits and veggies we've been through haha and I say "we" like I had anything to do with this! lol
And what a great dog, so cute! She's going to be an awesome big sister!!

Thanks for posting! So interesting! I love that you were wearing the same shirt!
As for dogs, we read to do that too (food, pulling on tail, etc). Our dog still isn't all that good about it though, although now he will let us trim his nails.
Love the nail polish!

Yeah, eight weeks makes a huge difference, I've learned. Which makes me wonder what I'll look like eight weeks from now...yikes!
And, yes, eggplant seems reasonable, I suppose...much more than some of the others that have come up! Supposedly, he should be about 2 lbs and 14 inches. We have an ultrasound on Thursday, so I'm anxious to see what they estimate him to be...and to see him!!!
Last, funny you say that about Dottie being a good big sister. When we were at Carter's yesterday, we saw a "little brother" onesie that I told Chris we needed to get. He was less on board with it, but he will have one before it's all overwith! We need a picture of them together with him wearing it!

Thanks Brooke!
Hannah - I think Oscar will come around eventually. Dottie has always been really easygoing - eagerness to please is a breed characteristic (not to mention, they were once called "nanny dogs" because they're so good with kids), plus, I failed a semester of college because I spent all my time at Starbucks with Dottie socializing her (my dad calls that semester's tuition the amount he spent to train Dottie)...so she's a really great dog in general.

I wish that I could like your post, that is hilarious!! I have also done the same things with all of my dogs. Khloe is a little snippy when it comes to our niece and nephew, she doesn't like them in her face. Cash and Keno on the other hand, you can pretty much do anything to them.
