DH's birthday is at the end of April, he loves sushi but I don't eat it. We are going to go out with all of our parents and siblings for his birthday. Only 2 will eat sushi all the rest will need menu items and one none seafood. I would LOVE to find a place that has all you can eat as well as a menu.
Any great recommendations? It doesn't really matter where as there will be some from Northfield, Woodbury and Ramsey so anywhere will work.

Re: Sushi Resturant Recs
I've been to Akita in Woodbury a few times and haven't been disappointed yet. They have all you can eat, a la cart, and hibachi. The All You Can Eat menu was HUGE and includes non-sushi items (fried rice, udon noodles, tempura, teriyaki chicken/steak, etc.) Before I first went there, I was worried because I had read some bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the service, and will continue to go there when I'm craving sushi!
ETA: The all you can eat is $25 per person for dinner, and I believe $15 per person for lunch.
I love Wakame in the Minneapolis. www.wakamebistro.com
I'll second Akita, although I have only done the all you can eat sushi there...so I'm not sure what else is on the menu!
Saji-ya on Grand Ave is good for sushi, but they don't have an all you can eat option.
Ichiban downtown Mpls on Nicollet is another option. They have an all you can eat happy hour, 4-7, I believe. I haven't been there in quite awhile and I know I didn't have sushi when I was there.
Sakura in DT St Paul or AZIA on Nicollet/26th St - both have good sushi with lots of other menu items (especially AZIA).
I've been underwhelmed by Origami lately, so I wouldn't recommend them.
I think AZIA is closed..

This times 100. They have amazing happy hour deals, too. A few of us go there pretty regularly and split some rolls and wine. Here was some of the massive amount of food:

I like the sushi at Chino Latinos and they have a lot of other menu options. I like Origami or Koy Sushi too but they don't have many other non-sushi menu options other than tempura. Also, Seven in dtwn Minneapolis has good sushi and they also used to have a steakhouse on the first floor. I'm not sure if they still have the steakhouse but their food was really good. They have an awesome rooftop deck too which hopefully at the end of April it's warm enough! They have a half price deal going on right now. Looks like they are selling fast though! http://www.halfofftwincities.com/?rd=fmdining&sta=fm

What?!? When did that happen?
I think it closed last summer. Thom Pham has a new restaurant Downtown (Wondrous Azian Kitchen).
