*Whats for dinner?*

I cook dinner pretty much every night of the week. *Friday tends to be my day off for take-out, but not always. These days, more of a day off than not since Im just not in the mood..

Anyway - whats for dinner at your house?

As for us - Im making chicken sausages with spinach and feta cheese with fresh peas in a light white wine/garlic parmesan sauce over bow ties. Super easy and fast meal, this is what I call a "cheating meal" because its so easy.

Leftovers for husband for work, I will never eat leftovers, so tomorrow  Im going to have to take it back to my Puerto Rican roots and make a really amazing chicken stew "Pollo guisado" because Im craving it big time. LOL

Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker ...here is the deepest secret nobody knows (here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide) and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart I carry your heart(I carry it in my heart)

Re: *Whats for dinner?*

  • we just ordered indian takeout, which is odd for us to do on a monday, but my MIL has been causing some serious drama and so we just plain old didn't feel like it today.

tuesdays, we get home really late, so we eat leftovers, and wednesday, DH has an after work seminar, so i won't even really hit the stove till thursday!
