we got the house!
i'm pretty sure we're in contract 
it's a little dicey because the counter they sent over had a new dollar amount in numbers and then in parenthesis it spelled out that number...except it was the wrong amount. it was just a simple mistake but i wanted to sign a clean copy. so, we did that late last night and accepted their counter...but i still need to see the sellers' sigs on the clean copy.
but basically, we got the house! they had 9 showings over the weekend and 3 more scheduled for today...so it was def a hot property with the price decrease.
we are SO excited
here are a few pics:
the large spruce tree needs removed so we can see the house! and i want to change the paint color of the trim (it's a little too orangey-brown for me)

we close within 60 days and the sale is NOT contingent on the condo sale. i'd like to get it sold before, but it's not necessary (in the bank's eyes anyway).
and yes, that closet is like a room! love it. the window provides nice light. the master bath isnt awesome...but it's just another project that we can eventually do.
it has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a full basement that's finished, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen with seperate eating area and a large family room that opens to the deck.
