Zillow...have you checked it lately?
DH checked our address yesterday on zillow and we were shocked at how much the value of our home has gone down since we bought it 4.5 years ago. The zillow value is now 60,000 less than our purchase price 
And, worse...houses in our little neighborhood are being listed SO cheap, and are hard to sell.
Anyone else finding the value of your homes going down?

DH and I look at it every once in awhile. I agree with Emily...it's not very accurate. It actually says that our house is 3 bed/2.5 baths when it's actually 4 bed/1.75 baths.
I think the most helpful thing on there is being able to see what other houses in neighborhood have recently sold for...which is also a bit sad. I know one of our neighbors had to move for a job (out of state), so they finally lowered their price to much less than what the house is worth...which now effectively lowers the value of our house, since that's now a "comparable" home sale. Which stinks.

Ditto this...our house appraised for about 20K higher (in November) than what is listed for now. Our appraiser even said that zillow is not accurate.
