Mommas - ugh morning sickness
So I am super sick again with this one. I have been for 4 weeks now. No matter what I eat, I am sick. I don't think I have gained weight, which I am shocked since I feel like all I do is eat to try to get rid of the nausea.
If you were sick, did anything help to get rid of it, even just for a little bit? My old standbys from Emmy arent working. I used to be able to chew gum and that would help, but not with this one. So I am looking for new ideas!
And I am not taking any medications this time, not even for this cold that I have, so those are out.

Re: Mommas - ugh morning sickness
preggie pops and pickled ginger helped me...also eating a heavy meal as early in the day as I could helped me feel better for the rest of the day....and for some reason water made me sick while a can of coke settled my tummy.
I have not been majorily sick (knock on wood), expect for one day. Some of the things that I have done to help with the nausea have been sour patch kids (thanks Caroline for getting me hooked), eating ritz crackers, ginger ale, lifesavers, making sure that I ate protein first thing in the morning (been eating egg and cheese biscuit from Chick-fil-a), sprite.
I just tried to make sure something was on my stomach at all times and that seems to help some. I still get nausea, but doing the above seemed to help some. If I went without eating something I started to get sick.
I did mints with Emmy but this one, no way. I feel sick no matter what I eat and I actually want to drink milk, it is one of the few things that I crave. It doesnt make me feel worse so I keep drinking it!
Thanks for the suggestions ladies. I try to keep something in my stomach at all times but it isnt really helping. I will try the sour patch kids to see if they help to dry my mouth.
It doesnt help that I have post nasal drip to which is making it worse
