Slow Day - WFL?

I'm having a Salad (Romain, tomato, green onion, cucumber, grilled chicken, and garbanzo beans). I also have an orange and a string cheese, as well as iced green tea to drink.

  • I am eating as I type.  DH is going grocery shopping today so I went down to the caf and have a Chicken Salad Sandwich on whole weat bread with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion.  I also have salt & vinegar chips that I am breaking up and putting on my sandwich.  Every sandwich must have chips on it. Embarrassed

  • I am eating lunch now. I am having a turkey sandwhich on wheat bread with a small bag of harvest cheddar sunchips.

  • Mmmmm lunch!  I think I'm still hungry, which does not bode well for this afternoon, but we'll see after I down another litre of water. 

    Anywho, lunch was meat loaf from one of my Clean Eating cookbooks and some baby spinach w/ balsamic vinaigrette.  It was really tasty.

  • PBJ, Greek yogurt and a brownie. I was running late this morning and had to grab what I could find.
  • Just got back from lunch with 3 Nesties from my local board. I had a ham and cheese pita with a little fruit cup.

  • I just ate some steamed veggies, red pepper, snow peas and potatoes. It didnt fill me up though - I could totally go for a peanut buttwer sandwich right  now.
  • I just had some left over hamburger helper. I've been bad, I also had some cheese crackers.

  • I had a side caesar salad and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. and it was delicious! :)

  • I had a small Caesar salad, cup of tomato-cinnamon soup, and carrot hummus with a bit of pita. It was excellent!
  • I had leftover chicken broccoli pasta bake with some grapes for dessert. I just finished eating some bean salad for my afternoon snack!
  • I had a 4" tuna sandwich with lettuce and pickles. mmm pickles! I also had some french fries and a dr.pepper. I'm annoyed that the raspberry iced tea was all out in our soda fountain. Not the healthiest lunch, but I'm going to eat tons of cantaloupe when I get home.

  • On days when I don't work, I pretty much graze all day as opposed to have structured meals.  Before my run I had a bagel thin with laughing cow cheese and a 100 cal pack of chips ahoy thinsations.  Now I'm home and eating carrots and hummus, roasted edamame and a royal gala apple.
