Confession:

I am traveling this week, and I'm so excited to have some alone time in my hotel. I can read, watch what ever TV I want, and I get to have dinner w/ my BFF tomorrow night. I'm going to Whole Foods tonight to grab dinner and then just veg...

Dh's work schedule sucks and I have to do everything w/ the dogs, dinner, house stuff as he doesn't get home till 8ish. So I'm happy to have some time to myself. The dogs will be fine, they have someone checking in on them at dinner time;) DH is on his own!

  • It's okay I love alone time.  I've been tempted to kick my husband out because I"d love some me time.

  • I hear you! I love when DH is home from traveling because those are the nights I go out, get a pedi or do something with friends and relax and not rush home!
  • I hear you! I love my quiet and alone time too.
  • I am in no way ashamed to admit that I love my "me" time when DH is away. He goes away for weekends a lot during the spring/summer/fall and I love it! I honestly believe that alone time is SO important for your relationship. Almost as important as together time :-)

Enjoy it...I kind of love staying in hotels too.
