Pro Wedding Pics!
Hi All -
Well, finally we're makin' some progress on the pro pics! :-D I have the pre-ceremony and ceremony shots available now. You can view this first batch of (of 452!!) here:
Wish I could grab some for commentary, but we don't have the copyright yet. They are a bit out of order, but I think you can figure them out (if you have the patience to flip through them all, lol).
The fluorescent-lit dressing room pics with Mom is the only time we're quite stressed out and there are a few pics in that set I don't love. But I personally love the pics of the church interior, the pics with my girls outside the church, the pics with my dad waiting for the doors to open, and the pics of me and H recessing down the aisle at the end (which displays here BEFORE the beginning of the ceremony, haha).
I also LOVE the pics of H receiving his surprise gift - a trumpet. He can't stop crying (my sweet man!).
All this to say, I think the quality of these pics was worth the wait, and I can't wait to see the rest of the Mass (our vows aren't even showing yet, haha) and the reception!!

Hahaha! I'm not the very last one to get my photos up! Totally my own fault since I've been sitting on them and sorting them is mind-numbing.
I've looked at the first 3 pages of yours so far and they are well worth the wait! Even the ones you don't love may grow on you. I like my photos much better now than I did a month ago (being further from my mom's death has helped, and I am less critical of my appearance now that I'm used to seeing so much of myself). And anyway with so many you are sure to have loads of good ones!

Oh no, I am aiming for last place! Lol. Thanks - I really do love them, especially the ones in more natural lighting (I think the fluorescent lighting is also what's bothering me in that set... I also have a strange look on my face when I open H's gift in that room and there are like 20 pics of that... oh brother!
But hey, I can't complain if the dressing room pics are the only ones I am lukewarm on... they're not supposed to be the wow photos, anyway!
I hear ya on taking time to sort and grieve... I am so sorry it has been so stressful.
I agree that over time, even the pictures that are difficult to look at now will hold special value.

These are great! You are absolutely gorgeous. For some reason, I couldn't see the last two pages, but the first 17 were fantastic.
