I haven't been to Charlotte since I was looking at colleges- that was a very long time ago!
DH and I are thinking of visiting for father's day weekend. DH has a gift card to do the Nascar Racing Experience so we decided Charlotte would be the place we'd go.
We will have DS with us so I'd love to know of some good places to see and eat that would be appropriate with a 7 month old.
We prefer to stay in a Hilton.
TIA!
Re: Visiting Charlotte
You'd probably get more help with the kid friendly suggestions on the NC bump board. If the Nascar racing experience is at Lowes Motor Speedway, you'll be north of the city. I'd come uptown to spend the night. If the weather is nice you can go to Freedom Park and the nature museum. And there is the Discovery Place that is kid friendly - but I don't know if its age appropriate since I don't have kids!
