strange question- copies??

I'm looking to make some copies from books for school.  Where is the cheapest place to get copies made?  I can make them at my college for 10 cents a copy so I was looking for somewhere cheaper than that if possible.

 Thanks!

Re: strange question- copies??

  • I've never seen it cheaper than 10 cents. Have you tried the library? Or if you have a scanner, you could scan them and print the scans. Would be time consuming if you have a lot to do, but that's the absolute cheapest route.

  • We do have a scanner, so I had thought about that too.  I'm really cheap and I have quite a bit that I want to copy, so I might do that.
  • It's 7 cents at my office for black and whites, but if I make personal copies I have to pay back the firm for them. I'm pretty sure my college was 10 cents too. I should have said I've never seen cheaper than 10 cents outside of the office.

  • Not sure if you're anywhere near Maplewood - but my dad owns the UPS Store there.  Here's a link to a 4 cent coupon http://www.theupsstorelocal.com/2171/coupons.htm

Oh, thanks!  My sister lives there and I might actually go there this weekend, so this would be great!  Do they have machines that you can use by yourself or do you have to have other people do the copying?

  • you can use the machines yourself.  I think they're closed on Sunday and I'm not sure about Saturday hours - so you may want to double check before you go.
