As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I started sparkpeople/babyfit. I signed up a few days ago to learn about the site and tracking food and whatnot. But I am counting today as my official start - so I won't be inputting anything like chocolate chip cookies and a cup of ice cream....
My ultimate goal is 20 lbs. But it says for bf mommas, to expect to lose 1/4 - 1/2 lb per week, so it could take nearly a month to see a change on the scale. I might be in this for a while!

well good luck to you! I used to do spark people and maybe i should check it out again.
I use My Fitness Pal both online and on my phone. I can log my food and exercise and it seems to have a lot of the restaurant foods for the chains and such. I was surprised at the selection of food they had for me to add. I do find that it keeps me on track for what I am eating and how much I am eating.
