Hi Mary! Work is going pretty well now. It was an adjustment initially because of the supervisor and office changes. The two office have entirely different climates. Also, my supervisor is only part-time, 45 minutes away, and is kind of unorganized. I like what I do, which is mostly help teens/young adults with college, jobs, money management, etc. Half of my caseload are teens parents. I do not think I will do it forever, because I would like to get more into the clinical/mental health field. It is nice to see teens make positive changes in their lives, be the first one to go to college, etc.
Wish I could come to the DC G2G! I feel like I would get along well with you and Nooner, we are pretty similar.
If you can escape I have a couch! Also, I'll be in Boston shortly (like, probably Easter weekend) to see my baby nephew. GTG there instead?
