Hey everyone! How's your week shaping up so far?..
Mine is alright. Boss is still gone so yay for that. I go back to the chiro again tonight, which I always love. Been making some decent headway in some things at work, too. Def ready for the weekend to get here, but not looking forward to having to work on Saturdays. I can't wait to not have to work weekends at some point down the road!

Re: Whats shakin?!
Our pets must be doing this to torture us on purpose! For some reason, our normally very good kitty has decided that she is starving at all hours of the night. She has been waking me up anywhere from 2am-6am and once I'm up, its extremely hard to fall back asleep thanks to my lovely insomnia. And its not just the meowing; its jumping up on the nightstands, the bed, walking all over us, meowing right in our faces, scratching at the blankets, etc. This morning I could've thrown her across the room! She is so adorable so its hard to be mad at her, but I don't think she gets the concept that mom needs sleep to function!!
I am soooo sorry to hear you're still getting sick. I couldn't even imagine. I feel bad for you. I'm hoping that tonight you are able to get some good rest and hopefully that will make you feel better. Hugs!!
Thoughts:
I got to sleep in today. Big yay for that! I'm officially caught up on every bit of paperwork that I was behind on....but I'm behind on my notes for this week now. LOL! It won't take much to catch up on them, though. It's spring break week for most of my kids and I got to schedule it light. Soooo nice.
I'm cautiously saying that the leg is feeling better. I was walking much better by the end of the day yesterday and it feels all right today.
I'm looking at a work day that doesn't look too bad, then I'm meeting a coworker at her gym for a swimming tutorial. Then home to make dinner for my somewhat-neglected H. (Between PT and work and etc., I was gone for 12 hours yesterday while he stayed home with a headache. At least I put dinner in the crockpot for him!)
I've also eaten out every day for the past four days and I feel a bit fattish! That must stop. Tonight the plan is either to make a healthyish risotto (well, besides the bacon in it) to go with the tons of pulled pork I made yesterday, or lamburgers with low fat, homemade baked jalapeno poppers (new recipe).
Yum when should I be over for dinner?!

LOL! I lost track of time at the gym and got home too late to deal with any of that stuff. I did, however, throw together some shrimp tacos that turned out to be pretty fantastic.
