Want to hear something funny?
My boss just went on a listing appointment and the lady was legit crazy. She had stuff ALL in the house (hoarder-esque). She even had her clothes hanging on the shower curtain rod and tried to tell my boss it was all her new wardrobe from New York.
That's not the funny part though - the funny part is that she is selling her house so she can move closer to her boyfriend. Then she tells my boss that her boyfriend is Donnie Walhburg (like NKOTB Donnie Walhburg). She swears my boss to secrecy over this and says that she can't tell anyone b/c they'll start calling her, but she met Donnie backstage at a concert and they've been dating ever since.
To top it off she's nearly 400 lbs (guesstimate from boss), so I'm not sure she's really Donnie's "type".
Now that I type this it may be sad actually, but it was funny when I first heard the story.

Um is your boss going to take on that listing?! That has nightmare written all over it!!
Not to mention I feel like someone should warn Donnie. hehehe
I have no idea. She told the lady that she had to do XYZ in order for her to take the listing (mostly clean and price it at a certain price). Who knows what she'll do if the lady actually cleans it up.
She also went on an appt today where people smoked in the house since 1961, but she couldn't focus on the house b/c there were two ladies there that weren't wearing bras, but had huge boobs. A mother and daughter I guess. ha!
Yeah, she said the lady goes "Can you keep a secret??"...I would have said NO!! ha!
