it looks like it makes alot...

thinking of making a bunch to put in the freezer in the meatloaf through away pans.  Since the girls don't really like sauce.

  • It's pretty good.  I replace cottage cheese with ricotta and use actual tomatoes rather than canned (just prepared the same way) as well as using the "good" mozzarella and not just the sliced singles, but it's tasty.  The recipe as is is a pretty good staple recipe.  My girls personally prefer white lasagna (I use chicken and spinach as the filling) because neither one is a major fan of red sauces.

  • thanks!  I actually used Ricotta as well instead of cottage.  It smells terrific hope it tastes just as good. 
  • can't wait to hear how it is! i like the idea of freezing some since it's just two of us.
