Yum, please help me plan a dinner party -
We are having some of our out of town friends over for dinner Saturday night. Today I went to this luncheon and they served this as the soup course:

What can I serve as the main course? I was going to make PW's chicken casserole (yes, I know, not very fancy but we are craving it) but I am not sure that the two really "go" - any suggestions?
