Yes, that is the road in front of our house, and our neighbors front yard. The water in our front yard is about ankle deep.
I saw some pictures on Alicia's facebook where roads near Helen ellis memorial are really flooded. insanity!
That is a lot of rain. A lot.
But the good news about FL is once it does stop raining the water is quickly absorbed. If that were in Texas that would be standing water for weeks if not months. Then talk about a mosquito problem.....

There was water from Monday's rain still standing. Not on our road, but the road up from ours was still partially underwater.
...and now the wind is blowing 100mph.. good times, good times.

I actually don't know if it covers the garage.. It might, but it sure as hell doesn't cover the apartment .. If the water gets as high as our 2nd floor then I have bigger issues to worry about. baha
