Re: Third Person Thursday
Wendy can't find an em effing charge for her stupid camera. She is going to two places today because everything online does not seem to match even though it says it does the picture looks wrong.

Wendy would love to have a nice big medium steak for lunch, instead she will be having cereal, yogurt and fruit.
Crows' post below makes Summer feel guilty and stressed about the fact they still swaddle and rock Campbell.
Summer feels uneasy for some reason and can't pin it on just one thing. She's ready for things at work to be out in the open, she thinks people are talking and making decisions she should be in on with out her. She's ready for this wedding to be over in two weeks. She's just anxious. She's also worried that she might need to up the mg on her meds and doesn't want to.
Jessica is a much happier person this morning since her daughter decided to only get up once last night at 1. She decided to lay with Zoey until she was in a deep sleep and then put her in her crib. Zoey slept until 6:50 this morning and didn't even get up for her 4:30 feeding. Jessica is thrilled that Zoey went 12 hours again without eating and only woke up for 5 minutes. She is hoping that it continues into tonight.
Jessica is super excited to see The Strokes tomorrow at MSG. They are one of her favorite bands and has been waiting practically 6 years since they last toured.
She is also excited that the Mets have their first game tomorrow

Jessica wants to tell Summer not to feel guilty. A few weeks ago she decided that if everyone slept better with Z still being swaddled then so be it. The issue is that Z doesn't fit into any more swaddles and she gets right out of a swaddled blanket!
Also, Z is very gassy in the morning and because of the swaddle, she relies on her mom to do bicycles to help her out. Her mom hates sitting there for an hour doing that while they both could be sleeping. Jessica confirms that the past 2 mornings without the swaddle, she hasn't had to do it because Z was able to move her legs around herself to get it out.
Jessica also thinks maybe Summer should wait until after the wedding to see if she needs to up her meds. Perhaps it IS just the wedding making her anxious and she will feel much better after. But she also wants to tell her that there is nothing wrong if she does have to.

Thanks Jess. Summer should remind herself that she and her H and mom do say that they will continue this as long as it's working and until it becomes a hassle for us and for now it works. It's so hard to not compare and worry you're screwing the kid up. She will note that Campbell gets put in the crib with the blanket un-velcroed together so he's not actually wrapped up and when he wakes the blanket is at the other end of the crib. Maybe she should be easier on herself. She does know the pedi would flip if she knew they rocked still.
Summer thinks that's a good point about the meds, Jess - thanks. She will wait to mention it Fortunately her next appointment with the med doc is two days after the wedding. lol. She should also probably try to get in with her therapist, maybe that will help too.
Shaina still needs to do some last minute cruise shopping. She loves these shoes, but DH said no b/c they are $89. Shaina is still hoping he'll change his mind.
Shaina is happy b/c the scale was down over 2lbs this morning! Shaina hopes her really watching her eating is working now since this cold hasn't let her do yoga all week.
Shaina just got out of a horrible meeting where the client basically forgot that she's been busting her butt since September to meet deadlines b/c they don't have a verbal for release of something yet.
Shaina really hopes she doesn't have to work tomorrow and can have her day off.
Wives Unscripted
Dani feels like she already has an infant on her hands. Her cat woke her up no less than 17 times last night by pulling her hair and beating her in the head with his paws. Dani wishes she could swaddle her cat.
Dani is stoked for her much-needed massage on Saturday.
Dani is contemplating a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch.
Dani is thinking of Summer and hopes everything will be ok.
Shelley is not happy about the Nor'easter heading this way for tomorrow.
Shelley wishes someone would come do all of her work for her so she can nap. She is bored to death doing all of this data entry that she is 3 weeks behind on and keeps getting asked if she has it done yet. She has repeatedly told her boss it will take her 2 days to get it all done.
Oooh that would set Summer off too Alicia!
Whitney is scared of Shelley's house!
Whitney is thoroughly pissy about her new phone. She finally agreed that she needed to get a new one because her old one she had for 3 years was cracking. She spent weeks deciding what phone. Then she gets it and within two days it only intermittently sends texts and it is only when she is at work. AT&T looked and her reception in the area is fine. So they changed out the SIM card, still did it. So last night they gave her a new one, it is still doing it today. I do not want to go through getting used to a new phone again. I just want this one to work or get my old one back.

Shelley is not scared so there is no need for Whit to be. Shelley's the only one that has heard these noises and only when she is sound alseep. Shelley has never heard or seen anything when she was awake.
ETA: Shelley is signing off for the afternoon and will probably be back for a little bit this evening. Shelley has so much data entry to get done that she thinks not have TN and TB open will let her get a lot done, even if she can't focus.
Alicia is still steaming about it and is anxiously awaiting a reply from said d-bag. She will update whenever he emails her back (probably at 10pm like last night)
Shaina so far has been yelled at 2x today, she's just waiting for #3 so she can go BSC on all these people.
Then some lady who doesn't really do anything, but has weaseled her way to toward the top, told other people we were being negative about our HQ this morning, when we were only TELLING THE TRUTH. No one told us who was leave, further, why would Shaina care, except that no one responds to her emails!
Wives Unscripted
Jessica is thinking of Summer and hoping she starts to feel better.
Jessica got a horrible cold and sore throat from her SIL and hasn't been sick for almost 2 years with a cold. Jessica didn't think having a cold and taking care of a baby with a cold as well could be so hard. Jessica wishes her hubby could come home early from work.
Jessica is so excited that they aren't traveling this weekend and her parents are coming to visit us.

Omg, yes Jess - Summer had her first cold in several years recently and one of the days was her off Friday so she was home with Campbell. It was so hard to take care of him feeling sick with just a cold! She was just laying on the floor while he was playing! And rocking and feeding him her nose would just run and run but she had no free hand!
Edited to fix third person before rotten stuff could be thrown at her!
Tania had her biopsy today and it was just plain awful. It was incredibly painful. The nurse was holding Tania's hand and then the RE said something to her and she went to grab something out of the cabinet. Drew told Tania later that it was some sort of scissor looking things. Yeah.... he used those scissor things on Tania's ute and she wasn't even numbed up or anything!! Ouch!!!
So, after it was done, Tania got up and got dressed and started walking out. The nurse walked them to the part of the office where you make your next appointment and Tania felt like she was going to pass out so she sat down. And then she threw up!!! In the middle of the office!!! It was absolutely mortifiying.
Tania came right home, took some Aleve, and took a nap. Today was tramautic.

Dani is sorry that Tania had such a bad experience. It sounds very similar to what Dani went through a couple of weeks ago with her biopsy. Thankfully, Dani didn't throw up in the office. Dani hopes Tania gets some good news about the biopsy.
Shelley is sorry that it was so traumatic. Shelley is sending vibes for good results. Shelley hopes Tania is feeling better today.
