XP: what to get DH for bday?
I go through this every year...I ask him what he wants or try to keep an ear open to hear him say, "I really want this..." but he never says that...
he tells me every year he doesnt want anything (except for me to send money to the cc company..lol)
so thoughts? what have you done for your DH? anything cool you've seen that ould make a good gift?
I was thinking about getting him a hammock because he likes to be outside in the summer or getting him a hot tub ...

Does your DH actually mention the part about the cc? We have cut back since I am SAHM, since I am spending his money on his gift, I get something small.. anything from a nice knife for the kitchen to gourmet items (tea, etc) a gadget that he wants. Is his bday soon? Something for summer does sound like a good idea.. you said he works a lot so something for R&R to de-stress..

Hammocks are awesome!!! You could make a whole backyard scene with the hammock, maybe some nice tiki torches (pottery barn has some hanging laterns that are fab), a bubbly fountain, etc. It could be your little "happy place".
I don't usually get Jer tangible gifts because he basically has everything he wants in life and if he doesn't, he buys it for himself before I can.
are you trying to get My DH to take your DH to a game? LOL
I love the hammock idea and/or fire pit.
Digital photo frame for his office.
Is he into grilling? I got my brother a steak-brander for a thank you gift for our wedding and he was like a boy with a new toy. He's got his initials all over everything that comes off that grill, lol.
