Yesterday morning my FIL was brought into the hospital by ambulance because he was having severe stomach pains and couldn't function. They brought him in, told him it was pancreatitis (sp?), put him on a liquid diet and sent him on his way.
Today he woke up screaming in pain and vomiting blood. He passed out and didn't wake up until the ambulance got him to the hospital (which is 40 minutes away).
They don't know what's wrong with him, but they've admitted him this time. He's had some heart and other health issues in the past and was just at the hospital last week (also in an ambulance) because he severely injured his back.
Thoughts and/or prayers would be appreciated. I really hope they get this figured out soon.

Stand up for something you believe in.
I'm stuck at work and since Jamie runs a business with his parents, he's stuck there taking care of things while his mom is with his dad at the hospital.
I'm meeting them there after work today. MIL is keeping us updated in the meantime.

It's so hard to not be there and to be worrying from far away. It must be giving his parents comfort that he is holding down the fort, but I imagine it must be hard for him (and you). I'm so sorry. Please keep us updated.
