Has anyone recently had a behavioral (situational) interview? I have 4 interviews with 4 different people on monday using this format. I have looked up questions online but wanted to see if anybody had one and what questions were asked?

I think most employers use this form of questioning during interviews. I think mostly because there really is not a "most correct" answer for these. They really get to know you using these types of questions and if you'll be a good fit for the position. A lot of it depends on what type of job you are applying for and if you really are a good fit for it.
The job I'm in now involves developing training materials. One of my questions was to give an example of a time where I had to set a goal and achieve it. It was relevant to my new position because it involves a lot of goal setting and set deadlines.
The best thing you can do for yourself before your interviews is to get to know yourself. Practice telling yourself or your husband or a friend what you've accomplished.Try to think of as many things as you can because more than likely, a few of them will be great examples to back up what you are saying in your interview. You will be much more confident in your answers.
I know that doesn't really answer your question but I really think asking strangers how to answer these questions is really cheating yourself. This is your opportunity to tell prospective employers who YOU are and what YOU have accomplished.
I totally agree, and have already came up with 7 or 8 situations that apply to my job and also have come up with about 25 different situational questions but just thought I'd post here and see if anyone had a recent interview with the same format. Thanks for your input.
DH got 2 situational questions yesterday:
1. Describe a time you had a conflict with 2 people who worked for you and how you handled it.
2. Describe a time you had to present an unpopular policy (from management) to your staff.

There is usually one about a failed experience you've had and how you dealt with it.
And a boss's decision you disagreed with and what did you do in that case.
Make sure you frame your reply with SAR. Describe the Situation, the Action you took, and the Resolution.
That's what they'll want to hear, and it will help keep your answers crisp and clear.
