They accepted!!!
YEAH!!! They accepted our offer as written except they wanted to push the closing (and therefore, possession) back 2 weeks. Fine with me! Our closing date is set for May 25, possession 30 days after. I'll be 4 weeks from my due date when we can move in so I guess I'll carry the toothbrushes 
OMG!!! This summer is going to rock, I can't wait!!

yay! so glad they accepted! we close the same week as you but we get possession at the same time. fun!
LOVE IT! That great room is gorgeous! Seriously, the fireplace is amazing. I'm so jealous of the kind of house you can get for the price, too! Our house in Charleston even on the outskirts was the same price and 1000 sq.ft less, basic, new construction.

Thanks!! I am so in love with that fireplace. It's the very first thing I saw when I walked in the door. Although if it was a real wood fireplace and not gas I'd love it that much more.
