it was on sale at daves so i bought 2 pkgs. besides buffalo chic chili what can i make????

Are you saying you've never made the Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf??? You must!! Or, the Chicken Parmesan Burgers are incredible too!
You can also make the Creamy Taco Mac with it. Ground turkey and chicken are pretty interchangeable.
Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf rules and a few weeks ago i made tacos with ground chicken and it was awesome - the chicken soaks up more of the flavor than beef. if you can find frontera in your grocery store, get it. i am obsessed with it because it's seriously awesome. i am ruined on regular taco seasoning now.

let it be noted that i think meatloaf is gross but i looove the chicken parm meatloaf! you may need to make two because even with just josh & i, we don't have much left over.
i hope they have the frontera, soooo good! and it's definitely mild and kid-friendly, i'm a wuss about spice and that is just perfect.
