Home values in my neighborhood
I was just browsing houses around my neighborhood on Zillow and I found this house that just sold for 1.6 million, even though it was worth about 100k. Wonder if I could get something like that for mine. I think I could somehow manage to part with my money pit for that pricetag... Or maybe there was a typo.
