husband wants to get a Federal Prison Job. Resume help?

My husband currently works in corrections in Florida and has just acquired the three years of needed experience. He is very disatisfied with his current workplace because there is no room to really advance-small department. We were wanting some help with the resume. Ive researched and seen several ways of doing them. Just wondering if anyone has recently gotten a job with them and wanting resume tips. Thank you!
