I have a catering event on Saturday afternoon/evening so from today until then i'm pretty much up to my elbows in food prep. i have to juice 32 grapefruits (8 down), make 75 meatballs (for sliders), prep chicken and pancetta for some chicken sliders, make tomato jam for chicken sliders, roast shrimp for roasted shrimp cocktail, and run a few more errands for pickups before Saturday at noon. my partner has the rest of the food to prep. i just fnished making the cocktail sauce....wowza. oh and i need to pick up meats and other items for the antipasto platter.
Remind me to have you cater ANY event I have. Infact I may plan something just to eat all of that. Sounds Delish!! Do you do any kind of advertising or all word of mouth?

we have not had to do any advertising...it's been all word of mouth. we have 2 events this month but that's it for the near future (which is FINE with me). it's basically my 3rd job (my full-time and then i also have a part-time bookkeepig job) so i just do it when i have time...so the lack of parties in a month wont bother me at all
the nice thing is, we've been able to keep it how we want...we make everything from scratch and i think that sets us apart from most places in ohio. it really is good...if i do say so myself
