Anyone looking to rent a TH?
So, we may have finally found a buyer for our home....this guy came last Thursday and said he wants to buy it for an investment property. ((But no formal offer yet)) So, he's trying to see what kind of interest he can get for renting it out.

Coming from someone that used to use craigslist to find places to live, I would be super annoyed if I found out it was just a "feeler" ad. Theres enough spam on there already. Not trying to be mean, just look at it from the perspective of someone who really needs a place to live.
He placed it, which makes me think he's pretty sure he's going to buy it to rent. I think he just wants to try and get someone lined up to rent, before buying.
I totally understand what you're saying though.
