Just call me fail whale this week. I managed to gain 2 lbs. Nice.
I will try to use the excuse that it's muscle, not fat? Maybe?
I also gained a pound (Boo!!)
Total of 1.4 lost and 18.6 to go.
If I have another bad week, I'm signing up for weight watchers (and maybe H and I should stop doing take-out so much.. it was a bad week with traveling for work. Still, no excuse!).
6.4 lbs lost / 23.6 to go.
Yesterday, it was 7 lbs even. Not sure how I gained 0.6 lbs ... I think water weight (PMSing
) but for the sake of consistency, let's go with 6.4 lost.
I lost again this week. WW online is working out well so far. I lost another 1.4 lbs for a total loss of 5 lbs. I have 7.8 more lbs to go. Now I have to get on the exercise bandwagon. I'm doing my long stretch of night shifts so it'll be late next week before I can start anything.
Keep going ladies! We can do it!!
