Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I fell in love..
... with a 3-legged chocolate lab with green eyes. Like, true true love.
I went to the humane society to pick up heartworm meds for Bruce and I thought ohhh I'll just go look at the cute puppies. This gorgeous girl ran (wobbled) to the window and I mean seriously the prettiest dog I ever saw (don't tell Bruce!!!). I love her and I want to save her.
Someone talk some sense into me!

Yeah...you'll get no "good sense" from me either, I'm afraid! I say go get her!!!
I am a huge believer that our doggie babies need siblings. I'm convinced that getting Trevor brought bounce and life to our Kinsey that she didn't have when she was an "only child"! Good luck :-)
You all are no help lol!! I would have taken her home yesterday but I know DH is not exactly on board.
HOWEVER he didn't outright say no so maybe we can go see her tomorrow...
Sense: Two dogs is sometimes HARD to handle!
BUT two dogs is double the fun. If her and Bruce get along, they will wear each other out (read: no more disastrous messes when you come home) and that is a GOOD thing!
