I have a feeling I'm going to have to visit an endocrinologist for my hair loss. Does anybody have a reccomendation for me?

Re: DSM Endocrinologists
I've heard good things about the ones in Ames at McFarland Clinic but I'm not sure you'd want to drive that far....
have you asked your primary care doctor? Mine is awesome and always gives me good recs.
I saw Dr Singaram with Mercy Diabetes and Endocrinology when I was first diagnosed with thyroid issues. She was a bit hard to understand due to her accent, but really knew what she was talking about and was open to working with me so I could finish breastfeeding before treatment started if that was necessary.
Once we were established on a maintenance dose of meds my family practice doctor took over my care.
This is what I'm worried about. I REALLY want to breastfeed until Neena is two. UGH! Silly thyroid.
