Book Club Book Poll

Okay ladies, here's the list of suggestions that we came up with in the previous post.  The plan is to have a discussion post about the book on the last day of April, and I will try to come up with some starter questions.  Which book would you like to read?  Please reply with your vote!  The book with the most votes wins.

Stiff by Mary Roach

One For The Money (Stephanie Plum) by Janet Evanovich

In The Woods by Tana French

Heaven is for Real

Half Broken Horses: A True Life Novel - by the author of The Glass Castle

Room: A Novel

Cutting for Stone

The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett

The Hunger Games by Susan Collins

Dead Until Dark (True Blood/Sookie Stackhouse) by Charlaine Harris:

Olive Kitteridge by Elizabeth Strout

Re: Book Club Book Poll

  • I say we just go down the list, but since I've already read Stiff, I'm voting for One for the Money.

Edit: After reading more about the books, I vote one of the following"

    Room: A Novel

    Cutting for Stone

The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett

  • I don't have a strong preference except I am so over/not at all into vampire books.

eta: if others really want to read vampire books, I will just sit those months out! :) I am in another book club, so I've got enough reading to do. :D

  • Well, I've read The Hunger Games, One for the Money and Heaven is for Real...so my vote is for any of the other ones listed.

I think Dead Until Dark would be my first choice, but if we're doing no vampires, then I'd go with Pillars of the Earth.
