Confession- my mom still buys us an Easter basket every year- Santa also visits at Christmas, lol- she loves the silly holiday stuff- it's cute :)

  • I do like Peeps but in moderation.  I have to have at least one during the holiday season.  My mom sends us a See's candy gift card for easter so we can get our own candy.  I love their big chocolate eggs, especially the bordeaux ones.  My step-son has a see's easter fundraiser going on right now so I just ordered a few eggs for their easter baskets.

DH LOVES the reeses peanut butter eggs.  That is the only candy I put in his Easter basket.

When my Mom still had money she was still buying them but she doesn't and I don't talk to her anymore anyway. (super long story!)

Oh wow, sorry to hear that :(

I have to also admit- even though I'm trying to lose weight and diet, yesterday I went and bought DH and me a Cadbury Egg and a reeses PB egg (1 for each of us)- yum!!

  • Used to as a kid but my grandma (actually my parents bought them) gave them to us every year and I got sick of them. We got those along with the marshmellow eggs that come in what looks like an egg carton. Yuck!

  • Cadbury Creme Eggs are my FAVORITE.  Reeses Eggs are so good... I remember watching a special once that those are the favorites because the chocolate / peanut butter ratio is different then the actual Reese's and the peanut butter is a BIT different in consistancy to hold shape I guess. I dunno, they are just darn yummy! LOL My mother-in-law always makes us a little see's easter basket and a Bordeaux is always included :)

YESSSS! I second that on the Cadbury Cremes. Soo good. Just wish they weren't so expensive. I can never resist when I'm going through the checkout lines and I see them on the counter....

     Peeps are good too. Yum!
