Graphic violence - Yes, Sex - No
Re: Graphic violence - Yes, Sex - No
Oh, FFS.
In all seriousness though, I've noticed the commercials I've seen for the movie lately refer to it solely as Zack and Miri...even on the graphic of the title, they've dropped the "Make a Porno" part.
I actually have no interest in seeing the movie, but now I'm almost inclined to go and help everyone involved in making it earn a few extra bucks, ha ha.
It's in my Netflix queue
I noticed that too! But sometimes it's still on there. I wondered if it has to do with the time of day that the ad is run.
I read an interview with Kevin Smith the other day and he said they had problems getting billboards in Philadelphia. Even with the stick figures!
Apparently they object to word "porno." So Smith asked if they could have the stick figures and just the movie's website, which is www.zackandmiri.com and they still said no. "People will still know what it is," they say. Kids will see the word porno and ask their parents, "what's a porno?"
Not even in Utah, in frickin Philadelphia!
