House Building update
The county has finally approved our sub-division of property!
We are headed to the bank today to talk financing. Once we get that squared away we will apply for a building permit. Ideally we'll be breaking ground in the next few months

So things went really well at the bank. It looks like we'll be using the land that will be gifted to us by his parents to use as the down payment. If it assesses at the value it should we probably won't have to put any down and we won't need the private insurance because it's not an FHA loan and we'll have 20% down.
Best case scenario we will start building at the beginning of June. We are estimating that it will take 9-12 months to build.
